MARK MOLNAR

V.P. OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Mark Molnar has been promoted to Vice President of Customer Experience at Data Blueprint. In this role, Mark handles ensuring our clients get the most value out of our consulting service and expertise. To do this, our engagement teams are made up of the right people with the right expertise working in harmony with each other and our client partners. This means ensuring that what we do for our clients results in tangible results. It means delivering value that meets expectations. Data is central to most every function within an organization. Improving data management capabilities almost invariably is a disruptive experience. A key part of Mark’s role is helping teams most effectively respond to these kinds of disruptions. At the end of the day, it’s about having everyone “on the same page”. Having a common understanding of what success means for an engagement and how to achieve it.

Mark's approach to data management solutions is both pragmatic and holistically structured. This comes from many years of experience with the creation, management, and optimization of organization’s data assets. He sees that the speed of business is driving digital transformation. This demands data management strategies, processes, and tools that enable digital business. But getting to that future state will not be simple or easy. It requires a combination of structure and pragmatism. That enables organizations to achieve their digital vision. Excessive structure is stifling. Excessive pragmatism is directionless. Having a shared understanding of how these forces will be balanced is essential to project success. It is through active listening that the insights and understanding necessary for project success are achieved.

Mark has a Master of Science in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia. His bachelor’s degree in Applied Math & Computer Science is from St. Edwards University. Mark is also a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).
