Mike credits his many accomplishments as a Senior Business Systems Analyst with his early career as a Mental Health Case Manager. He says that learning to build rapport with a very diverse group of people with different issues and needs to create, negotiate and work toward a wide variety of treatment goals to increase independence and to manage and limit crisis events have benefited him greatly in expertly communicating with individuals from the C-Suite to clerical personnel in eliciting and documenting functional and technical requirements. Mike is one of those rare individuals who can get along with and communicate effectively with everyone. This expertise has made him very effective in conducting our Data Management Maturity Measurement assessments, particularly the qualitative analysis process that depends on quickly establishing rapport and effective interviewing.
Mike changed his career path in 1997 when he joined a medical solution software company in a client-support role where he focused on claims management and compliance. From there, he joined a national consultancy and gravitated to database-driven systems and thus his interest in data and its effective management.
