Our data governance training program includes structured education and expectation setting, along with in-depth collaborative sessions.  It consists of multiple phases and will result in an all-encompassing and completely customized plan of action, as well as an on-going mentorship program to reinforce training and set short-term deliverables in order to achieve the long term goal of a mature data management practice.
