The World Bank Group (World Bank) is a global institution with the mission to fund the poorest countries in the developing world. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., it employs over 10,000 people in more than 100 offices across the globe. The bank was working to assess, document, and improve processes at all levels. In order to completely understand its strengths, weaknesses, risks and opportunities, World Bank’s Department of Internal Auditing engaged Data Blueprint to benchmark their data management practices against industry standards. The requirements for this project included:
