Peter Aiken, Founder & President
Dr. Peter Aiken is Data Blueprint’s CEO and founding director. He is also an associate professor of information systems at Virginia Commonwealth University. He has over 20 years of business/information technology experience and is an award-winning, internationally recognized thought leader, consultant, researcher and author in the area of organizational data architecture and data engineering. Dr. Aiken has held leadership positions with the US Department of Defense and consulted with more than 50 organizations in 17 countries across a number of industries, including Defense, Banking, Healthcare, Telecommunications and Manufacturing
Lewis Broome, Chief Operating Officer
With 15 years plus of experience, Lewis has followed a fast track throughout his career. Whether working with scientists in the development of weapon systems or on Wall Street developing global solutions for the biggest firms, Lewis has always demonstrated to be a thought leader in delivering data-related solutions. He has worked as a consultant specializing in Information Engineering as well as holding many global leadership positions such as, Global Transaction Development Manager and Lead Data/Application Architect for Deutsche Bank's Equities Division and Global Cross Product Services Program Manager for Morgan Stanley.
At Data Blueprint, Lewis Broome leads the planning and execution of all the company's operational activities.
Jeanne Laughlin, Director Sales and Marketing
Jeanne Laughlin is in charge of sales and marketing for Data Blueprint. She has over 15 years of technology experience at MicroStrategy and SprintNextel, where she was responsible for developing and managing multiple strategic, multi-million dollar relationships within Fortune 500 companies, Global 200 companies, as well as public sector organizations. Before joining SprintNextel, Jeanne started three successful businesses in emerging markets.
AnnMarie Lobred, Chief Financial Officer
AnnMarie has practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in Washington DC,New Jersey, New York and Virginia for more than 15 years. Her rich and varied financial experience includes working for a wide range of industries. These industries include public utilities, financial services, government agencies, manufacturing and retail. Along with making her career, AnnMarie contributes time giving back to the community, using her finance and managerial experience to support many community organizations and activities. AnnMarie Lobred holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from James Madison University. She became a certified public accountant in 1993.
Brenda Peck , Human Resources Manager
Brenda Peck is a Human Resources Professional who “loves what she does and does what she loves” in her role as Human Resources Manager for Data Blueprint. “I am passionate about providing the same exceptional level of service to our employees as we expect them to deliver to our clients.”
Brenda has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management focusing on Recruitment, Hiring, Retention and Employee Relations. She embraces diversity and seeks to understand and respect the paradigms and values of those with whom she has contact. “I am focused on aligning H R goals with Data Blueprint objectives and adding value to our employees and to the company’s bottom line.”
Brenda received her Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR) through the Society for Human Resources Management. She is a long term member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Arts, where she teaches a Seminar on how to develop a marketing strategy putting you ahead of the competition in the job search arena.
