Dr. Peter Aiken, Founder & President
Dr. Peter Aiken is Data Blueprint’s CEO and founding director. He is an international thought leader in the data management field, recipient of the 2010 International Stevens Award, associate professor of information systems at Virginia Commonwealth University, and president of DAMA International. As a practicing data manager, consultant, author and researcher, he has been actively performing in and studying the areas of data management, data architecture and data engineering for more than 25 years. Throughout his career, Peter has held leadership positions with the U.S. Department of Defense and consulted with more than 50 organizations in 20 countries across a number of industries, including defense, banking, healthcare, telecommunications and manufacturing. He is a highly sought after keynote speaker for workshops, seminars, and customized training.
Lewis Broome, Chief Operating Officer
With 15+ years of experience, Lewis Broome has followed a fast track throughout his career. Whether working with scientists in the development of weapon systems or on Wall Street developing global solutions for the biggest firms, Lewis has always demonstrated his ability to be a thought leader in delivering data-related solutions. He has worked as a consultant specializing in information engineering, as well as holding many global leadership positions such as Global Transaction Development Manager and Lead Data/Application Architect for Deutsche Bank's Equities Division and Global Cross Product Services Program Manager for Morgan Stanley.
Mitch Hamilton, Director of Product Delivery
Mitch Hamilton manages the consulting practice and client engagements for Data Blueprint. In a career that spans over twenty years, he has experience across multiple industries including financial services, chemical engineering, aerospace engineering, health care, insurance, and management consulting. The common thread to success across all of these environments has been the management and use of data. Since his early years as an engineer with the Department of Defense, Mitch has had a passion for applying the appropriate combination of technology, people and process to enable organizations to get the most value from their data. Data Blueprint allows him to exercise his passion every day in enabling our clients to do more with their data.
AnnMarie Lobred, Chief Financial Officer
AnnMarie Lobred has practiced as a certified public accountant in Washington DC, New Jersey, New York and Virginia for more than 15 years. Her rich and varied financial experience is based on working for a wide range of industries, including public utilities, financial services, government agencies, manufacturing and retail. Despite a busy career, AnnMarie contributes time to giving back to the community by using her finance and managerial experience to support many community organizations and activities.
Brenda Peck, Human Resources Manager
Brenda Peck "loves what she does and does what she loves" in her role as HR Manager at Data Blueprint. With over 25 years of experience, Brenda is passionate about providing the same exceptional level of service to Data Blueprint's employees that is expected to be received by Data Blueprint's clients. She embraces diversity and seeks to understand and respect her colleagues. As Data Blueprint's HR Manager, Brenda is focused on aligning HR goals with the organization's objectives and adding value for employees as well as the overall bottom line. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, as well as an adjunct assistant professor at Virginia Commwealth University where she teaches a seminar on "How to Develop a Marketing Strategy that Puts you Ahead of the Competition."
